Shipping Information

Online orders placed with TG² Online are delivered by our Couriers. We currently only deliver within South African borders. Our Couriers deliver directly to your door, so please provide us with a physical address that is normally occupied during office hours. Please note that our Couriers will only deliver to a physical address, and no P.O. Box addresses. Our Couriers require that each and every delivery be signed and endorsed, as proof of delivery.

Once an order is placed, TG² Online automatically processes the order for shipping. An order may be cancelled once it has been submitted, however, there will be a 15% cancellation fee assessed on any orders that are cancelled after they are submitted.

Any product that is damaged or defective may be returned for a replacement.

Please advise TG2Online immediately by email as to which product was damaged or defective. TG2Online will provide you with clear instructions for returning the product and the reimbursement options available, which includes the replacement of the product at no additional cost to the client.

A replacement will be dispatched immediately on receipt of the damaged product.

If the item is returnable, it may be returned within 30 days of the ship date. On receipt of the product TG² Online will either apply the credit toward an exchange or provide a refund for the retail cost (minus any shipping and restocking fees).

The product will be accepted as returned if:

  • The product is allowed to be returned for refund or exchange.
  • The product is in its original packaging and the packaging is in resalable condition.
  • The product is “In like-new” condition, with no signs of use, wear, or damage.
  • The product is returned with all the original paperwork that accompanied the item ordered.

A re-stocking fee of 15% will be levied on all such returns. It is therefore important to ensure correct ordering of products. TG² Online provides detailed information about each product, so please check all of the specifications and measurements and features to make sure it is suitable before submitting an order. If you have a question about a product, please e-mail our enquiry desk before placing an order.

The 15% re-stocking fee can be avoided by choosing to have another product of equal or greater value as an exchange, instead of a refund. Please advise TG² Online immediately by e-mail as to the product that is to be substituted for the returned product. TG² Online will provide you with clear instructions for returning the product. You will however be responsible for the courier costs.

Within 24 hours of confirmation that the product has been received by our warehouse, a refund will be credited to your credit card or you bank account (less the shipping and applicable 15% restocking fee).
